Our Walk started at the end of the North Arm Track. This Council track runs from Castle Cove to Middle Cove along the Middle Harbour Foreshore. Thischarming but little known beach is on Sugarloaf Bay opposite Seaforth .	This is a walk of many surprises, including this fungi
Middle Harbour. You can imagine what t was like before the houses	This is typical Sydney sandstone country. The Angophora Costata is abundant in the area.
The track is well maintained and easy walking. It follows the water line of Middle Harbour below the building line,	Along the way are a couple of small inlets that have small but attractive beaches. A popular area for boating.
